Pastor Daves Oludare Fasipe, a teacher, a publisher and a preacher is the Senior Pastor of Everlasting Hope International Ministries (ELHOIM). A word based core counseling, prayer ministry, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. USA.

Until his calling into full time ministry, he was the President/Publisher of Applause Publications which was circulating in in U.S, London, and Nigeria. The publication is comprised of Apple Magazine, Applause International Magazine, Soccer Watch, and Prime Kids.

He believes in the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, and with God's anointing he ministers to people to experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit's power through redemption, restoration, revelation and demonstration in accordance with 1 Corinthians 2 : 4. He is committed to winning souls for Christ and uses the divine word in Isaiah 50:4 to address matters important to salvation and inspires hope for a better tomorrow. His anointing and experience has gifted him with an ability to help the young, new Christians and those seasoned in Christ to prepare for, adapt to and experience the unique transformation of life through the Lord Jesus Christ.
Pastor Daves Oludare hails from Ile Oluji, Ondo State, South West, Nigeria to the family of Rev. and Mrs Soji Awodeji Fasipe of Odomikan, quarters in Ile Oluji. Ondo State.

He had his elementary education and childhood upbringing in Ibadan, Oyo State before attending one of the very best high school in the western part of Nigeria called Gboluji (Anglican ) Grammar School, Ile Oluji, Ondo State (1977). He is a graduate of Sociology, & Anthropology (1984) and Public Administration (1991) from the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Nigeria).

He worked with the Federal Ministry of Education, Gusau, Zamfara state after his university education from 1986 to 1991 . He became the Director of Corporate Affairs of MacFash Productions, Lagos. Nigeria from1991 to1995 before relocating to the United States where he worked briefly with the Indianapolis Public School before starting the Applause Publications in 2002.
He is married to Pastor (Mrs) Modupe Fasipe (nee Michael) his heavenly ordained pillar of support, and blessed with four prophetic children.
